In the newly opened Fountain Bleu food promenade and found great pizza! Simple menu not done to the best! We also had a slice of mushroom and it was perfect. As someone who loves mushrooms it was heaven. Service was fast and friendly and really stylish decor that is fresh and fun! Eat here!

I just had to share about my incredible experience at Miami Slice in Las Vegas! I saw a post raving about their pizza, and let me tell you, it totally lived up to the hype. The Mushroom Truffle pizza was an absolute delight, cooked to perfection, and the Margherita Slice was just as amazing. Not to mention, the service was top-notch. What really impressed me was the option to receive a text message when my food was ready - such a cool touch! This pizza joint is nestled inside the Fontainbleu Hotel, the newest hotel in Vegas, and the decor exudes old Vegas glam. I'm already counting down the days until I can go back for another slice of that heavenly pizza!

As much as I rave about Miami Slice to other people, I cannot believe I did not write a review yet. This is one of my favorite places in Las Vegas now. I don't care what anyone says, this is hands-down the best pizza here. And I've tried several places that are raved about, but nothing has given me the feels like Miami Slice. I love the way that you can watch them make the pizzas, everything is so clean. The staff is really friendly. There's not a single reason to not love it. I usually like a good wood oven pizza with very soft crust, but Miami Slice made me rethink that because their crispy crust is absolutely incredible. Yep, it's a little pricey, but the slices are filling, and the flavors are worth every penny!!!

We came here for a bite for lunch and we were not disappointed. The slice was perfectly crispy and the crust was fluffy on the inside. It was about $8-9 a slice so not too bad for Vegas prices. Service was quick and the vibe was very casual. I would highly recommend this slice for a quick bite or a late night snack! Our picks: Margherita De La Casa, La Salsera, Mushroom Truffle

We got a craving for pizza, and luckily, the Fountainebleu has the Miami Slice! We felt right at home since we are from Miami! It has a nice, upscale look to the place. Very clean and nicely decorated. Then we got to experience Vegas food prices! We decided to just share a slice of pizza...$15.50 for the slice. It was delicious, I must admit. My daughter loves Pistachios, so she ordered the little pistachio tart, ($9.00), and a chocolate cookie for later in the room ($6.00). Total: $37.63. Out of control. The service was friendly, good, and quick. You can eat at the restaurant at tables or at the bar, or take out. We decided to take out. We already had bottled water in our room. I didn't even want to ask how much they charge for a bottle of water. Bottom line: Despite the outrageous prices, their food was very good. Fair is fair. 4 stars.

#1 Pepperoni Proper - first timers, get this! Hot honey drizzle was a great touch for me. Lots of pepperoni. #2 Mushroom Truffle - also good but I'd rather get the Pepperoni Proper, which I did the 2nd night we came. Both crusts were thin and crispy which I prefer. You can get all the added fixings by asking for "all kicks" version which are dopples of cheese and basil on top of the slice - I preferred the regular version. My friend liked the crust and said it reminded her of a baguette. I would recommend bringing your own water cause they only sell bottled water. We saw another table get the 20" pizza and that was pretty huge and good for sharing. Hands down the best pizza I've ever tasted. Pretty comparable to the infamous "secret pizza" at Cosmo. Dare I say, I'd rather come to Miami Slice, imo. Service was great and quick. Went there during late night hours Friday and Saturday night and wouldn't have it any other way. Can't wait to come back!

What a great spot and probably the pizza I have ever had. They offer takeout or dine in with table service. They were so busy and it was nice to watch them make the pizzas. Service from one of the guys working was ok, but the female worker was very nice. Food: Pepperoni Popper Mushroom Truffle The Pepperoni had honey, which took the pizza to a different level. It went well together, and who would've thought. But, my favorite was the mushroom truffle. It was so tasty, and I love the flavor of truffle. I will definitely return when I'm craving for a pizza.

Great pizza! The crust is thin and not soggy! You could pick it up without having anything drop! A whole pizza is 20" and comes with 8 slices. It was about $50, not bad for Vegas prices. The pepperoni was the top recommended, but I preferred the truffle one more. There was enough flavor with a hint of truffle on each bite. The pepperoni had a honey drizzle so there is a sweetened after taste. It could get tiring for some. Service was great! Our waitress was very attentive!

Admittedly $15 for a slice is steep but hear me out. They add delicious gooey cheese. The dough is tasty, sauce is good and not overly sweet. In all honesty I would pay that again. It can be quick or full service. Plenty of seating in the food court area of Fountain Bleu.

If you love NY style pizza then you need to add Miami Slice to your bucket list at Fontainebleau. First off, Promenade is absolutely stunning. I love how elevated the dining experience is and how gorgeous the venue is. It really is a touch of luxury. Miami Slice is one of three restaurants open until 4 AM on the weekends and if you're coming from LIV nightclub I recommend taking the elevator down to the 2nd floor to access Promenade directly. We ordered 3 slices, all of which were modestly priced: - Pepperoni Proper - Margherita de la Casa - Mushroom Truffle And while they were all winners, mushroom truffle absolutely stole the show! Now you can order by the slice or you can order a whole pie, but there really aren't any bad options when you come here. They'll text you when your order is ready and service is pretty fast!
